September 11th

It was a new date which will live in infamy - September 11th, 2001, as the hijackers sent four airliners to devastating crashes into New York’s World Trade Center, the Pentagon in Washington DC, and the woods of rural Pennsylvania. It was a day of terror and fear, courage and heroism. There was a candlelight vigil "A Tribute To America" held September 17th on the Monroe County Courthouse Lawn in Tompkinsville. There was patriotic music, speeches, prayer, and fellowship to pay tribute to all the brave men and women who are helping from every walk of life across the country, and for those who lost their lives. This webpage is dedicated to all Americans in Loving memory of our lost heroes in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington.
